Since I'm writing this biography info, I won't pretend it's not me by writing in the third person. Born and raised in Southern California I've enjoyed the warm weather and action sports environment it offers. With Art Center graduates as parents, I grew up encouraged to express any artistic feelings I may have had. In middle school I began playing around with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop on my dad's computer. In high school I took several photography and graphic design courses and it did not take long for it to turn from a hobby, into a passion. Out of high school I began working freelance for a number of paintball and then motocross publications, in both photography and graphic design. For several years I enjoyed traveling the country meeting new people and doing what I loved. Since the down turn in the economy, work has slowed and I've refocsed my attention to finishing school. Now with this "real world" experience I obtained over the past few years I've begun attending Laguna College of Art and Design. A teacher once told me that at art school you only get as much as you put in. I've taken those words to heart and have put the majority of my time and effort into learning as much as I possibly can. Even in my free time I enjoy working on personal projects, whether it be photography or design. Doing limited freelance while attending LCAD, I hope after graduation to find a job in a field that would demand both my knowledge in graphic design, as well as photography.
